Both bedrooms are furnished with new mattresses, down filled duvets & pillows, summer quilts and blankets. There's plenty of storage at the condo, including closets thoughtfully designed by California Closets in both bedrooms. In the garage area under the tennis courts, there is a large, private storage area where you can keep bicycles or use beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, & beach toys. For guests who love to walk & explore, there are many possibilities from the condo at the quiet, southwest end of Del Mar. You can walk directly from the condo down to Torrey Pines Beach or head north to the village of Del Mar & its many shops & restaurants. You also have easy access to the freeway which takes you into San Diego, or north on Hwy 101 you'll find yourself at Powerhouse Park & beaches in the center of Del Mar, the famous Del Mar dog beach, Fletcher Cove, Solana Beach & the villages beyond. Small (under 20 pounds), non-shedding dogs (not puppies) may be considered to join you in this special dog-friendly community.
